This is a list of resources for people struggling with Stress and/or Anxiety. I lumped together several of these topics because they either fall into preventing symptoms or dealing with them when they hit. Stress and Anxiety are NOT the same thing but they interact a lot and have many symptoms in common. Everyone experiences stress AND anxiety at times but only some people have ANXIETY DISORDERS. So some of these are aimed at helping people with everyday stress and have overly simplistic techniques that will not work for people with developed anxiety disorders.
(It helps to try things out but if you are struggling even after trying out these techniques or you have been diagnosed with a disorder, you may need professional help . Don't be afraid to seek help if you need AND if you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or harm please click here to chat with someone who can help!!!)
Often I have to send people individual links and I hate bombarding people with a ton of links to follow, so instead, I created this list so that it is easy to access great information all in one place. I will be creating lists like this one on several other topics as well so make sure to subscribe and keep an eye out for new posts :)
***This list is comprised of articles and resources that I have come across as I have helped people with these issues. Some of the sites these articles are on, are great resources, for all sorts of topics. Some of the sites only have that one good article! So be weary, always keep an open mind and try and seek the information that you need and can help you. I do not agree with every single piece of advice given and I try not to share resources that are mostly advice driven. I try to share the pieces that have backed up research behind them but sometimes blogs just do a better job of explaining these things in way that anyone can understand them. You may note that some of the sites these articles are on have nothing to do with this topic and that is because some of the topics can relate to all sorts situations. If you have questions, please DO NOT HESITATE to send me an email and we can talk about it. :)
If you find this post helpful please like and share it. Comment any resources you think should be added. :)
