The World Health Organization defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." I believe it is important to incorporate all of these aspects of health for overall well-being. The following are the core steps that I follow to help you achieve your health goals. 

Mental & Emotional Connection

It is important to understand the connection between our Thoughts, Emotions, and Behavior. 

When we are not in control of our Thoughts, Emotions, and Behaviors  it can affect our mental health, our social well-being, and our physical bodies. 

We will learn to identify:

  • negative thoughts that lead to unwanted emotions

  • emotional triggers that lead to negative habits

  • automatic thoughts that trigger responses

  • social triggers 

Social Environment

Our overall Well-Being is affected by our environment. 

Our Environment includes:

  • work

  • home

  • church

  • school

  • family

  • friends

  • hobbies

  • location

We will analyze how your current environment plays a role in the decisions that affect your health and the possible solutions or changes that can be used to enhance both mental and physical health.

Physical Change

Our physical health includes having a healthy weight, an active lifestyle, proper nutrition,  and healthy sleep patterns.

I will help you:

  • create Goals tailored to YOU

  • provide necessary Education and Resources

  • provide Support

  • provide Accountability

  • help you learn to Motivate yourself
